1) Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using OpenLine (the “App”) or our related website and services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Who this contract is with

These Terms are between you and Samasu Digital Ltd. For iOS users, Apple is not a party to this Agreement but is a third-party beneficiary as noted in Section 4.

3) Account & eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with these Terms. You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

5) Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

Some features are offered via auto-renewing subscriptions (“Subscription”).

  • Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal charges. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the period ending.
  • Manage or cancel.
    • iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → OpenLine → Cancel.
    • Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → OpenLine → Cancel.
  • Free trials. If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a Subscription.
  • Price changes. We (or the store) may adjust prices for future billing periods and will notify you as required. If you don’t agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

6) Refunds

  • iOS purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not control Apple’s decisions.
  • Android purchases. Google Play may issue refunds within their policy windows. Otherwise, contact support@openline.app with your order ID and purchase email.

7) Restore purchases

If you change devices or reinstall, you can restore active iOS subscriptions via Restore Purchases in the App. On Android, use the same Google account you purchased with.

8) Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) misuse or interfere with the Services; (b) reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App; (c) upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; (d) attempt unauthorised access to accounts or data.

9) Your content

If you submit content (e.g., text, images, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it solely to operate and improve the Services.

10) Intellectual property

All rights in the Services (software, design, trademarks, content) are owned by Samasu Digital Ltd or our licensors. Except as expressly allowed, no rights are granted.

11) Service changes & availability

We may add, change, or remove features and may suspend the Services for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

12) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenues. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 100.

14) Term & termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for risk, legal, or technical reasons.

17) Governing law & venue

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are
governed by the laws of England & Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in the UK or the EEA, you may bring proceedings in your local courts and you will benefit from any mandatory consumer protection laws of that jurisdiction.

In all other cases, you and we agree that the courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

18) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
